have u had many quik lok brush sockets break or am I just a clumsy git ;D

We have had very few of these break - in fact I cannot remember when the last one broke, maybe the staff have dealt with one, but I have not been informed.
It could be that your sanded gooseneck is too loose which is causing leverage issues?

no worries ... will see how it goes .... if it happens again can I have a new replacement gooseneck please :)

That would depend on your gooseneck:
How old is it?
Where did you buy it from?
Why was it supplied pre-sanded?
Who sanded it down?

That's not a crack it is the thin part of the mould. The strength is in the rib parts.........
but you knew that anyway :)

no idea cos was like that when it arrived
