Title: Stone Floor cleaning

Hi, I have a client that has a stone floor in her gym. I don't usually clean stone floors and wonder if you can offer advice on cleaning this floor.
It appears to have limescale marks on it (see photos).
Can you tell me what the stone is and how to approach the cleaning. I can get access to a floor scrubber / buffer.

Try and confirm exactly what tiles they are please.  They look like slate but can you confirm with the homeowner before I advise or call me on 07770 598855
