Title: felt tip on viscose/linen upholstery

cussies daughter sploged purple felt tip on viscose/ linen beige settee. on box says machine washable and removable from skin. used water based products,ie m/splitters, degreasing agents, and alltecs upholstery cleaner and extracted repeatedly. Not moved a jot. tried solvent and hy/px, no change. Any other ideas please. Simon

Probably permanent then
we are carpet cleaners not magician's  ;D

u did well not to cause pile distortion... think I would have thought twice about water based
