I do hundreds of these types of windows on these new developments. WFP all the way. Just go easy on the bars, as they are usually just stuck on!

WFP all the way.  Trad only guys tend to avoid this type of work like the plague because they're not much fun hand-bashing or using cut-down squeegies on.

The wooden types can give you bother if not looked after ( fresh coat of paint when needed ).
And as has already been stated be careful with the PVC types as they are just stuck to the glass, I priced one last year and
walked away when I noticed that a few of the slats had already started to come loose.
Not worth the risk of getting the blame even though it was a well priced large property.
