Title: Im Looking For New Steps Or A Frame Ladder

I need a new set of steps for getting over gates and cleaning guttering etc. What would you all recommend? I want to put them inside a Vivaro van. I saw these but don't know if any good.

I use these for gates.. J clamped to roof rack of Vivaro.. Not really suitable for gutters unless a bungalow or conservatory.

I've not tried them myself but the ladders called "Little Giant" have been suggested to me.
They are more expensive but don't have a tie across further down which would make spanning a gate more awkward with many stepladders.
