I have recently noticed a drop in pressure both on my gauge and at the wand , although not dramatic yet it is becoming worse,
This afternoon I ruled out pressure relief valve problems ( I think ) stripping it down cleaning and replacing all o rings, not any better ::)roll .
My next guess would be the pump ,although lots of pressure before the valve s opened ,the pump is am interpump ww141 3cylinder.
Do any body know if a seal/repair kit available? as Im guessing this is my next option before buying a replacement pump.
I have checked all filters etc that may be restricting flow.
Any suggestions or idea's appreciated

Geoff ask the pressure washer guys on the general cleaning section. They will know.
but here is a good place to start

Geoff, think you will find the problem is your supply pump.

Paul , Geoff has an old hurcules from Woodbridge , it is gravity fed so doesn't have a supply pump or water-box.
But I think you are on the right lines , the HP pump is being starved of water, maybe a blocked inline filter

Yep my guess would be that as well. Is there not a gauze filter within the water inlet. Also check/renew any hose connections, hose for air leaks. The pump will pull air far easier than water so even an tiny leak can have a major effect on the amount of water reaching the pump.

I have checked the gauze filter on the pump, I don't think their are any more filters .
I will check connections later today John, it is a possibility .
