Way to fast, will burn your water like no tomorrow. I have the 7 Ltr and runs two hoses @ 64 -70 on the flow controller no problem.
I'd buy a smaller pump 5 - 7 Ltr would be sufficient.

Yeah 12 liter is far too much matty, what do you use at the moment?

hello Jakey boy, how's it goin mate.
I am using shurflo 5Lpm 100 psi, but sometimes find I need more water, maybe pumps just had it's life so am going to replace with new, just not sure weather to get a bigger lpm one
I may try the 7 lpm one instead but if I could upload pics you would see what I mean. Some of the jobs are all glass buildings so the extra water would be appreciated.

Cheers mate, I knew I had read it somewhere on here, I don't know how you manage to find it again, I was looking for a post the other day got to page 22 and thought sod it.........
I have no probs with using a lot of water, in fact this is what I want, if I buy the 10 lpm say, and a new controller and run it at about 7 lpm.
Does any of you guys recommend a good controller, am not a fan of them really but is one better than the other or is a dimmer switch exactly the same.
Thanks
Matt

I have switched to using everflo 12v pumps. You can get them in the UK or on ebay from the US. They are great pumps and work with chemicals as well. You can get them from something like 2 ltrs a minute up to 26 ltrs a minute.

I doubt you would get 7LPM tbh more like 5/6 at a push. Depends on hose etc :)

Matt just google everflo pumps uk and they will come up . I think it would work out way cheaper to bring them in from the US if you are in the UK. type everflo 12v pump into ebay and they will come up.

Using a 10lLPM pump you will only have a flow of somewhere in the rgion of 3LPM.

The vyair pumps do have a high flow rate defo not 3 liter a min you will see the difference, but I do have questions on the quality of the pumps . I have used them for 4 years and had a few replacements on pressure switches and also burned out brushes which they do not carry parts for. They are to finicky. I am thinking of giving them miss for new pumps. But they are very good for cleaning high volume work. Hope this helps.

That's the thing, they look and sound good at 10-12 lpm, but in reality will they deliver this much.
I looked at them ever flo pumps, the smallest @ 5lpm looks tiny and then they jump up to higher flo but psi drops rapidly, I don't no anything about psi and all that just to get 100 psi,
Not sure what to do, will have a look over the weekend as am flat out for the next week, so will make do for now,
