I am assuming they share a hose reel.

I think you have missed the point.

Local cleaner has a new website. Giving it all that and its one man in a van. Yet he has staff ready to take your call ;)

I go for the family run option, others go for the "we" route.

Funny cos i never seen his van leave his house. and he was all this we this we that, we got this massive contract working 24 hours a day ,we this than and the other .

I prefer " family run" aswell. For residential work I think that's what customers prefer.

If I were to use 'we' (which I don't) to describe what my business is about, it would mean 'me, myself and I'. :)

Hehe, there's a few on here like that. If you challenge them, they even send you unwanted pics of their "cars" etc ::)roll ;D
