Hi Guys
How much would you charge for Clean & Seal of this long wall, its about 1.5 meter high and around 40-50 meter long.
Many thanks in advance :)

On your calculations ,I would just clean it £185.00 or my regular customers £150.00

What you should be asking is "how' am I going to clean and seal that wall.

Yes it is, its one of these new modern rubbish render, which general public don't know much about until they buy the house and realise that not many people can sort it out which is good for us :) as not many people know how to clean them and apparently i have heard that to paint these walls is very expensive.

What will you clean and seal it with…I did not think anything would stick to it (seal or paint) as they are silicone based (I think).
-
I would softwash it for about £200 forget sealing it
-
Only needs painting. Whats a sealer gonna do ?

Used this on a bigger job last year on exactly the same type of wall and it still looks great.

Thanks Rob, but the customer wants it sealed and i just have to do what she wants and i recon it will be another £200 for the seal .
So i would say £600 to do wash & Seal, what you think ?

I have heard good things about Thompson (drive seal)products…do they sell them in B&Q?

Yes they are good :) and most probably they sell them in B& Q, so how much would you charge for this job chris ?
-
I only do little jobs, patios etc
I have a trade card for B&Q so it will be cheaper (the seal).
Will pressure washing not damage the render?
