This is the works we are currently on.
Cleaning to - all bullnose, high level bull nose, all cladding, all brickwork, all windows, frames etc, all walkways, all wood,
Client has requested a roof clean and it is likely that we will be cleaning a block & Tarmac car park.
This is the smaller side of the building.
Biggest job to date.
More photos to follow
(I like supermarkets & supermarket roofs)

Well done Rob,
That looks like a decent job you have pulled in there. No monkey business involved
👍

Matty
It's a very good job. Definitely can't be 'aping' about.
Monkey business has to be a no no - there are a lot of windows in this place.
We were getting on with our work yesterday not knowing that the site management & the client were stood watching us work. We couldn't see them but we were told they stood for some time.

Much depends on how much moss is on it and access …tower or ropes ?
If it's all to be scraped and sprayed….£800/1200
Just to be sprayed £400
-
Chris , yes would need scraping .... need to do more research
Cheers , do like the £1200 figure better

This is the old NTL building on Cambridge Research Park.
I think they moved in, got bought out after a very short time, by Virgin and the building has been empty between 8 - 10 years.
I've never seen a property like it. Every part is (or rather was) a mess.
The wood has proven to be the most difficult part of the clean but we are on top of it now. We are only stripping it back to the bare wood.
Someone else is coming in and sorting the lifted sections and sealing

Thanks for that Ed, but that wood isn't no where clean enough to to put a finish on, looks like it has been hit with pressure and/or heat only.

Whilst it is generally clean, there are still marks on the seating boards which would show up if oiled.
Nothing personnel mate but the days of me giving advice on here, have finished. Far more experienced guys on here now. ;)
