can any one help,anyone got his mobile no,just cannot get in touch with him.my plastic sleeve has broke which holds the rectus 21 fitting,looked on website,nothing!!!!poles no good without it.answer phone &emails steve >:(

hi steve.as you know i ordered 100m of nano-lite pole hose which cost me over £80 inclu VAT and delivery.i didnt realise just how small this hose was so i sent it back by first class delivery over a week ago now with the original invoice.i then ordered 100m of your standard cold water orange hose which cost me £113 which ive now received.thanks.

i had a brief chat with you through your website and you promised to credit my account  with £60 so i could use it for future purchases.despite several attempts at contacting you(phone,email,messages on your website.......nothing.

Steve , did you get chance to look up my issue with goods not received .
