Title: URGENT: friend in need of company who can supply litter picking etc at festival

as title says my friend is running a festival in 2 weeks called wrexposure http://wrexposure.com/, he need to sub a company who can provide the rubbish and recyling and litter picking at the event and provide the bins which have to be sealed if anyone is interested please contact me on 07894821844 risk assesment etc will b required for the council ASAP
