Hello help on the best way to clean a wool loop pile carpet on a corridor that's rather dirty ? Would extraction method work
-
Watch out for fuzzing when you agitate

That's what I was worried about as Its rather dirty it's going to need a good scrub. Think I might walk away from this one

You can always use a pile brush rather than mechanical. What solutions and agitation you using?

Longer dwell time if you can't scrub it to death, but I would give it the good scrub it needs.
never walk away from a job , you can always do something to make it cleaner......if not totally clean

I did one not long ago ,vac, pre sprayed, agite with pad on a oreck xl extract and gone 40 mins came up lovely , plenty of dry strokes and only light pre spray as I didn't want it soaked .
got to say I love the oreck its very versatile
