Yes it's worth it!
;)

It depends on your target audience.it can work well but can also be exspensive.
It works out to around 90p-£1 a click if I can remember.so over a month cost can rocket and bere in mind a lot can be dead clicks(people clicking on your link but not actually calling).

thanks andy what should a realistic price cap should i go for ?

Go on you tube to see how it works. You'll need a good hour or so and a bottle of your favourite drink ;D
It can become expensive, but you can monitor it, put limits on it, and turn it on or off at any time, so you're in complete control of it.
It worked quite well for me last year. Always paid for itself, but you do get some time wasters.
Got a free £75 voucher so I'll probably give it another go this week.

thanks cgh do you do it ? and i know you can cap it but not sure what limit to put on it so it will still be effective

cheers robbo ill check it out on you tube

Keyser, post your website up.
That needs to be really quite good before people will contact you. imo.

If you want to get the most out of adwords, get someone who knows what they are doing to set it up for you. Not a mate down the pub, or someone who has read the dummies guide. Get someone who does it for a living.
I use it for all my add ons, connies s/f/g UPVC cleaning etc.
On average, whatever my monthly bill is, it brings me in tenfold worth of business.

I pay about £70 a month
It more than generates enough regular cleaning, to date about £600 -700 6 weekly work over about 18 months
and plenty one off cleans and end tenancy cleaners
