My tap water 125 after to 2 think you might have a problem

My 4040 membrane was taking the TDS down from 220ppm to 1ppm when new its just over six years old now
and still gets it down to about 15ppm.
I would say you don't have enough water pressure.

That was just with tap pressure, didn't bother putting on the booster pump, but I think it is time to renew it anyway, had it 4 years.

Should be around 0-3 PPM

How long does it take to fill a litre jug of permeate water?
What is your waste ratio?
What is the pressure going through the membrane?
