Anybody use it any good?
-
Yep. I think they're great. I have used them on every pole for 4 years.
-
the loop just annoyed me!i used one when i first went wfp nearly 5 years ago.then i went through a fair few aqua-daptors,nipping the hose and finally to a little push fit tap at brush end.works well.i might try an aquatap next though.

How dos it work does it just clamp hose down when tightening screw won't damage hose will it
-
I used these at first , but aqua adaptor for me . I have 3 aqua adaptors .
The pole. Valve has the annoying loop , and always got leaks in the hose and the Ear Clips .

What do most wfp users use or do not bother must be something simple out there
Probably been discussed before but looking for good advice

SIL has one - he thinks its great. I don't. As per Kempy, the loop drives me nuts. Once you have used an Aquadaptor, there is no other way IMPO. However, one advantage to this tap is that the brush head is much lighter, especially at height.
Would I put one on my pole? No

I made one with out the look which fits on the pole

How does the pure freedom one work
-
2 jubilee clips hold a clamp the clamp holds a ball valve with a 1/4 inlet/outlet with 6mm barb fittings only problem is you have a loop coming out the outlet which can get in the way I made my own bracket which uses a 8mm U-bend instead of the loop the problem with pure freedom bracket is the rivets fall off the rivets hold the bracket together.

Yeah I've been using them since I started on wfp 7 years ago.
The loop can be annoying but you get used to it and gather it up if there's potential snags.
I like having total control of the water, handy when doing sills, doors etc.
