pulled up to a customers today. looked at front windows and there was bird mess all over (seriously dirty ).not seen windows that bad before ,i thought shell be pleased to see me i  cleaned them and went for payment and she says could i leave it longer between cleans . lol

she ll be in debt and skint probably.who cares about clean windows when your struggling to pay your normal day to day  bills?

you never know persons circumstances , maybe she is struggling financially , might not be her fault , loss of job etc ...
Windows aren't essential to be cleaned .

The gardiner , window cleaner and domestic cleaner are the ones to get sacked when times are hard

Amazing , very generous persons

Never had that in 15 years , only xmas and that is usually £ quids , £5 , £10 or £20 max
