Basically on a local group a guy has dropped work without telling the customers (a couple of months ago) he told me they won't have replaced him yet because he once was off for 2 months and they still waited.
I'm thinking about drafting a little letter up asif I have taken over the round, he has given me the addresses, but I'm hopeless at making things sound professional.
Anyone who has bought a round got a spaire letter? pleaseeee

Yep , go 4 it

If you've got the addresses then knock on the doors and introduce yourself and ask if they want your services...it ain't rocket science ::)roll

What's your email address h20, I will send you a letter.
I bought a round recently and popped a letter through the door of all the customers that were out. The ones that were in i knocked and introduced myself.
You will need to know this guys name and a little bit about him for a letter to be affective.
Also for now don't change anything for the customer, keep the price and cleaning frequency the same, people don't like change and swapping window cleaners is already a big enough deal.
You can always change things and increase prices once you've gained there trust.

^^ Ditto
I'll send you my 'new customer' letter I use when people sell their house. Similar to above you can just adapt it or use bits for your circumstances.
