Title: AD nano lite pole hose.....fittings

so new pole hose from aqua-daptor arrived yesterday........erm.......its really thin hose!!i was thinking it would be the same as the orange stuff.it says its 6mm OD which is what i thought the orange stuff was. ::)roll

no way will my push fit pole tap go on it or my rectus 26 fittings which i use with my orange pole hose currently.

so what fittings can i get for this hose?

i need a john guest fitting(4mm barb/8mm stem)to be able to fit my pole tap at brush end or to connect my hose to my brush because the hose is so narrow.aqua-daptor only sell the 6mm barb/8mm stem fitting which WONT fit as ive just tried!its too big!

does any supplier even sell a john guest 4mm barb/8mm stem fitting?

Can't you heat the hose so it fits Gardiners barbed stems ???

ive tried dave and no way will it fit!how can aqua daptor sell pole hose this narrow without a fitting to fit on a standard brush head/push fit connector? ::)roll

thats a 4mm barb on the rectus fitting in the pic dave!they sell them but not the JG fitting to fit brush to the other end!

Daz are you looking for the 'y piece' on the brush?

They're not john guest, but you can get an assortment of y pieces from B&Q and one will fit
