Offered work which is flats and they aren't all occupied. It could be good work and it's close to home, only problem I have is it's too good for someone to sell. So what would happen if the factor took over the window cleaning once all the flats are sold as they currently manage close cleaning and garden maintenance. I've stated my concern to the seller and he has advertised elsewhere.
What's your thoughts?

How long would it take for you to make the money back that you pay out?

6 months.

Wouldn't do it, mate.
Can't see too many chasing it either.
Give him a few months and the price may come down if no ones interested.
Then you can bargain down if you still want it.
Paying 4x, 5x, 6x etc for a round is fine but people expect a more guaranteed (though not an actual guarantee if you know what I mean) and long term return.

Serviced apartments usually go under a maintenance contract once they are 70% occupied (they do on the numerous sites that I clean anyway)
