What an absolute muppet, as if falling off a ladder isnt bad enough look at the railings as well!!!

The funniest thing about that picture is that rather than helping the poor lad out, the person had the sense of mind the reach in to their pocket, take their phone out and photograph it.
All the while the gutter could've given way at any time.
That's the sort of friends I want.
