Title: Question for those with a fleet of WFP whether big or small..
Post by: RO-Sheen on February 25, 2015, 09:51:37 pm
Do you hire premises to store your vans at night or do your employees take vans home with them?

Also, How do you go about filling your tanks with water? ie do your employees fill up at their homes if they take vans home?

I have a unit - fits 4 vans no need to worry about freezing overnight

Water production at unit, vans filled at end of day ready for morning

Thanks Smudger, Another question do you employ 1 person per van?
I'm asking as  my biz is now 9 years old and still on my own, I've got loads of work and without advertising I'm still getting calls and end up passing work on to other cleaners.

Yes, in general it's one man per van, big commercial, gutter vac'ing and large soffit fascia jobs still go 2 man.

Normally a new employee goes out with our 'trainer' for 3 months before going solo
