I don't like the 'bearing' or lack of that the reel turns on. I also see the length of the drive handle making rewinding difficult - the leverage will be toward to unit itself rather than the hose reel.

Personally, I think it's cheap and not fit for our purpose. But that's my opinion.

As soon as you put it down too quickly, the legs bend. Had to get my mole grips out a few times. How hard can it be to build a quality reel at a decent price

The Pure Freedom professional reels are good. I like them as they come with the hose already fitted if you choose, but they are pretty robust.
