Getting a few commercial and need a pole big enough to do high 3 and 4 storey windows any suggestions?
I see gardiners has a slx 47 that goes to 52 ft so thinking that should do. don't really want to buy modular poles any other suggestions? :)

Don't think you can go wrong with the six, although it maybe a little whippy at full extension, Ionics have a good range but pricy.

Super Max one word.

Thanks guys yeh Ionic bit pricey for me at the moment
Do you think super max is better than slx? bit pricier but at least you can extend it to 60 ft if needed don't have that option with slx as 52 is maximum reach

I have actually tried both today as a friend of mine has just got the supermax and I have a slx 40.
He came to a job I was on to try it out ,now the work I was on today was not the highest around 4 floors(about 40ft).
The supermax is stiffer but one of the reasons is its collapsed length is longer so if you have a small van this may not be an option.
I would look at how often you are going to use it?if it's not very often the slx 40 can have 2 extensions and is the cheaper option and better value for occasional use.
If you polling at height regular the supermax will have slightly less whip and be better. if stiffness and weight is really important And you plan to be cleaning at height regular then go for an extreme.
I have never used a high ionics pole but the swift is quite well rated by some.

Cheers cgh to be honest It will only be occasional ill just switch to my slx 25 for the ones it can reach so slx should be fine then?! is 60ft approx a 6 storey commercial building? I know my slx 25 just reaches 3rd storey on residential

Sl 2, gardiners extreme, super max bit whippier and heavier. Ionics is good. Facelift 44 carbon aint bad

I would like to replace my ionics weapon for a nice gardiner super max 50' but them prices are scary 😢, Alex need to set up some kind of payment plan 👍😄

if your cleaning windows between 40ft-60ft id say buy an extreme mate.even if your only using it a few times a month as its easy to give yourself a RSI at these heights with a heavier/bendier pole.then you ll be off work losing money.

I will be selling my extreme 47ft in a month or 2.
It has had about 1 1/2 years use.

I do high work quite a lot and you know when you have used an ionics weapons all day........omg u don't even remember getting in bed the next morning. I only been wfp 2 year an bought some cheaper poles to get started at various heights.
I will defo be buying a big light pole in next few months, I looked at Alex's prices and start typing "alibaba.com" in internet and looking at Chinese options haha, don't tell Alex.
Am a little poor this month just shelled out on pressure washer, just waiting for some plonker to fit to van floor for me, hopefully tomora.
I did try a sl40 modular for a bit but didn't like it at all
Tristan........ Sounds good, how do you feel about an ionics in part exchange 😄 haha
There good poles mate ............ Honest 😛 big and strong 💪

I started with one of the first ionics 65ft Carbon poles over 11 years ago.
Upgraded over the years - SlX,Supermax,Superlight and finally the best- Extreme.
My working life has changed dramatically.
The extreme is worlds apart.
