Title: Trolley system

My trolley is playing up, it keeps pumping intermittently, I've checked for blockages but nothing, anybody else experienced this? It's only been used no more than 40 times as 99% of the time, I use the van mount.

Mines just started playing up after 7 x yrs....fiddle with wires then it comes back on...lol,

I have a pure freedom trolley that was doing this it could be one of two things.

Controller may need callibrating.

Or the battery is not charging properly(this is what mine was)
I purchased a new charger and charged it fully and this worked.

How do you calibrate your trolley .

Hold both the outer buttons until it says cal then press centre button till it goes down to zero then press the button that usually turns pump off then it should start calibration
