Title: Removing anti climb paint

Has anyone had to clean off anti climb paint please.  If so, could you let me know what you used to remove the paint.   I have a flat to clean where this paint is all over a window and wall, floor etc where someone tried to get in.

a good commercial (factory type) degreaser should do the trick
