LOL  ;D

Listen guys and gals....  Ole Squeaky AINT gonna change... period!!!!

( Even though WFP is GREAT for domestics and in most cases far faster than trad.. even at Squeaky's pace)

I honestly believed him when he said he could well give up window cleaning if ladders are completely banned.. its his choice to which he is perfectly entitled.

Even though I sell WFP equipment I still like to get out the good old squeegee. There is a certain satisfaction that you get from using it and it does put some variety into the day.

I must just be an old romantic  :)

And there I was imagining squeaky footing his ladder with a bag of resin.

Andrew

I do a bit of trad too at times and it's nice to break the monotony.  I had a job today where the frames leak badly and are seriously oxidized.  It became clear early on that WFP wasn't the tool for that job.

I'm not sure how long it will take, but I think that sometime in the quite near future, ladders really will be used only for access.
Working off them will be a no no unless there is no other practical way of doing any particular job.

But traditional window cleaning will always be there and will always be needed.

There is not a day goes by [or rarely] that I don't have to use trad methods, the only thing I don't use is a ladder to actually work off.

even if a complete ban doesn't come in, will the insurance company's refuse to insure us, after all its them who started the ball rolling for a ladder ban? don't know the answer myself so your comments would be most welcome
