Title: Rotary Speed
Post by: surfacecare on February 11, 2015, 02:54:14 pm
Hi all, im sure this has been asked many times before, but I really would like your advice or experience

I am looking to replace my rotary machines that I use for bonnet and encap cleaning but am unsure of which rpm to opt for in the past I have always used 150 rpm and have been quite happy, but i see more and more people using
230 rpm or even 300 rpm and was wondering if the extra speed gives a better finish or at least a quicker job

if anyone has experience of the higher rpm machines or advice I would very much like to hear from you

Many thanks

Shaun

Shouldn't be any higher than 200rpm on carpets, otherwise you can end up with swirl marks and burns
