Finally went to dr's yesterday for a free health check felt fine apart from knackered knees. blood pressure too high for machine changed arms got a reading but dangerously high wouldn't let me out til nurse had checked with dr more blood and pee taken ecg tablets prescribed asked what if I hadn't come in for check " heart wouldn't stand it for long then HEART ATTACK .
So go and have a check up prob saved my life
