Title: Gardeniers pole clamp help

I need a new clamp for my 18 foot clx pole, the clamp on the section that you hold has snapped.
On their website when ordering there are loads to choose from ive phone today but no answer anyone got any idea which one i need.

Sorry to hear that - you need a number 4 clamp.

You may want to check you have joint stop tape on the section that fits inside this as usually the only way a clamp 'snaps' is if the section inside is overextended past its stop point. Joint stop tape helps prevent this.

It would appear that Alex's wife and i are in fact wrong , No 4 it is !
