Yep I need to do this .

I have some very good work that should be cleaned every 5 weeks , but it's 8 weeks .

Everything seems to be 7 or 8 weeks for me ATM .

I have a lad help me 1x a week , plus my kids sometimes need me through the week .

I got rid of 3 poor ones the other week .

I'm going to keep a list of the poor ones and just do them as n when .

Yep, get rid mate, you'll be better off for it.

I came to the realisation a few years back, keeping work I hated doing wasn't good for me. This wasn't exclusively all the usual out of the way, bad payer stuff either, there were some I hated doing for other reasons too. Made my mind up to get rid them & never looked back!! ;D I don't even ponder over it now, if it don't suit- for whatever reason, then it goes.

I work differently to most. I give customers the frequency they want. As long as I can accommodate them, I am fine with it.

If however, they say 'not today' more than twice, they drop off my 'regular' list into the 'await phone call' category. If I don't hear from them for a year, they go into the 'lapsed/lost customer' file, along with the non payers.
