hello i might be looking at selling my round soon just wondering how much to sell.
Its makes about £1500-£1700 a month any help please.

I would think that you could maybe get 4/5cleans for it.
Depends on how spread out it is and average value of houses.

its unlikely he ll get 4 or 5 cleans for it unless its well established work,compact and well priced

What profit he makes would be different to that the buyer might make.

Thats true. So a figure of how many man hours it takes might be easier to deduce this ? But hang on, you're gonna say.."depends upon whether he's fast or slow" ? But a rough guide might help. The point i'm trying to make is that  "IF" , and thats just a "if", his £1500 worth of work is what you might clean and expect to get 2K for, hows it look now ? You need to know, how profitable, or the man hours.
