Title: Price increase

I have a block of flats that I need to increase due to being underpriced. When quoting I met a member of the committee and now I send invoices to a management company. Who would be better to talk too the management company or the bloke I first dealt with. I will prob loose the job as I need to put it up like £40.

Write a letter with the next invoice stating there is a price increase as general letter and staple it to the invoice. I am sure you will hear if they don't want you  ;)
