A bit more like info mate...

Do you use a controller or just use the pumps pressure switch?
If yes, have you calibrated it?
When you say not shutting off, is it building pressure and the popping a connector, or is it 'rattling' when it dead ends?

at a guess you have a sticking pressure switch, take it if and free the button off, other than that your battery has gone flat and not building enough pressue to activate the switch, what pump do you have and ill tell you what to do

Hi Sorry, not enough info!  I dont use any flow controllers and the battery is a brand new 110 amp one.
It blows off the connector to the hose reel if i disconnect or stop the flow.
I have tried turning the small grub screw on the top of the pump(both ways)to no avail.
The pump is a shurflo.

I assume the pump has a high output so it will blow the connections off , probe better off getting a digital flow controller .

Pressure switch or air in the system.

I've never fiddled with a pressure switch so don't know which way you would turn the grubscrew.

New pressure switch is where I'd start.
