Post by: Dazzler3370 on January 28, 2015, 06:46:08 pm
Could you please tell me how much Vision to put into a 500ltr Tank.
Also do you put it in empty or full.
Cheers

Where have you been for the last few months? 1 pump per 100ltr, so 5 pumps

Nope wrong I would only add 3 pushes of the plunger to a 500 tank , better to under dose as if you dose full amount you might find it a pain all those bubbles .

I only dose 3 pushes to a 400ltr tank every other day , you get all the benefits but with hardly any bubbles to hinder rinsing .

Only my honest findings over 5 weeks

Yeah to begin with while it's very new to you the advice given is very good .

We advise 1ml per 100 litres , but you can alter that .

500 litre for the first time you could put 3ml to 5ml in .

what i do mate is add 3 -4ml to a 500L tank.add a full 5ml or 6ml first time though.

i put 3 or 4 pumps into an old drinks bottle, fill it with pure.give it a good shake then add to my tank as its filling up.

im really starting to see the benefits of using vision treated water.the shine is truly amazing esp on white UPVC frames and sills.

ill be continuing to use vision as i think its a good cheap product.my car and van have never looked so good either!(ive cleaned both 3 times with vision).

extra shine on frames, sills and glass can only be a good thing IMO! ;)

Yes - 99 out of a 100 you won't notice any real difference to the glass assuming your already cleaning correctly, but we have the odd property with 'issues' that unless done absolutely perfectly leave a little spotting, used vision on it twice now and it's left the glass clean and spot free. ( weather this gives us a bit more wriggle room should we not hit the glass perfectly is going to be the test of time )

The best thing about vision, other than it does not affect the water is it restores some shine back into the frames,

Vision will enhance the shine on the windows and persons have found the upvc frames looking a lot better .
I'm always a bit over the top with my cleaning and only had spotting issues a few times . With Vision I dont .
I'm onto about 12 months cleaning now with Vision and the repeated cleans are a lot quicker and easier now in my opinion .

I sometime squirt Vision into a "protein shaker first " with pure water in it . Then I add to the tank as its filling up .
But I've sometimes just squirted straight into the tank .
It will always mix with the water , especially after driving around

Hope that helps .

No. The resin will remove the additive.

You could make a doser .
Basically vision in a canister , pure enters and mixes and then exits . Similiar to resin DI .
It's something will may produce and sell .
Kevin Coggan is much better than me on these Doser's as he has used one

just make sure you rinse it out before baby timmy has a dose when he is next ill,  or it will make his head extra shiny and streak-free

If it leaves a shine on the window, does that mean it leaves 'something' on the window, like when cleaning trad?

Wouldn't rain mark it After or during the clean?

No it doesn't leave a coating on the glass. This isn't a nano coating or anything similar. The better shine comes from the fact that it's a bit of a deeper clean on the glass. We've all been using this for over a year now and any coating or residue would have been seen by now.

We've only seen benefits.

Interesting, I was told it left 'a film' on the glass and that helped to make it philic  ::)roll

Who by bungle?

There is no film left. Once you've cleaned glass with vision in your pure water the windows squeaky clean. No residue or film yet.

Only certain glass types change from phobic to Phillic, but in the majority it should help speed up the rinsing.

I just pour fluid in a cap and suck it up. What's left gets chucked back in the bottle.

Phenomenal response from customers with this. I`m always truthful with my customers so told them I`m trying a new additive and for them to let me know if there is any difference they notice. Well as you can imagine I`ve had largely a positive response except one. She said it was rubbish and not too use it again. Her windows have been cleaned twice more now and she states that it`s much better without it, I`m still cleaning hers with it.
Only down side I`ve had is I dosed up the barrels and went straight to work. As I`m driving along the road I thought it could do with mixing up a bit so waggled the wheel side to side to shake up the barrels. The copper in the unmarked traffic car behind me praised me for the most inventive and original excuse he`d ever heard, so much so he let me off the summons for dangerous driving and just gave me a bo**ocking. :-[
