Anyone here use the smaller ones and experienced them popping apart?? From fitting to fitting i mean.
I changed from small to jumbo and it fixed the issue. However i am looking at trying something different with my setup and going back to the smaller ones???

Will see how the smaller balls perform with my roller setup. I may well run without any.

Sorry, I forgot who you were due to name change ;D
At one time you could buy a clam type hose stop (in 2 halves) that you could unscrew so you could pull the hose through the rollers and into the van on those odd times when required.

Installed the smaller balls and its transformed my roller system in the floor.
I can now wind the pole hose onto the reel. Before the jumbo ball protector would stop at the first roller system.
These means, less chance of frozen fittings under van.
Easier to manage pole hose.
Easier to reel out.
