Alex can you get me a link for your Backpack Charges. i may need one. is there a test i can do to see if its gone.
ive posted a post regarding charging problem.
If my charger has stopped charging would it still power up my backpack when plugged into plug socket as it is doing, but when i disconnect it the backpack has no power.
Any ideas,
Charger or Battery.
As i say when charger is plugged into a power source the backpack will work as norm. unplug charger it has no life.
Charger is not getting warm after an hour or so , charging as it usually does when charging as normal

If it is working well with the charger plugged in then the charger is working and providing power.
This means it will either be a loose connection from the battery or the battery has died. I would check it over for a loose connection first of all.

Yes it would be possible to use another charger to charge the battery - crocodile clips should work well from your smart charger.

right booked in for operation tomorrow morning.

Our backpacks have a fuse in the internal wiring. If the fuse has blown or isn't there then the charger won't work. The pump won't work either.

problem found, + lead to battery has snapped off, go and get a clip to connect it back up or get a soldering gun from lidl, in there this week
