Title: How do I get rid of the purple scourge?

My laptop (Google) is infested with adverts from the purple plonker.
Any ideas how to get rid of it I'm sick of the site of adverts for cladding cleaning. I guess it's cookies that have come from his website?


Cleared my cookies - hopefully that's done it.

Was watching pornhub and something purple popped up but it wasnt a rhino !

Most browsers do an ad blocker as a plug in.

lol I got a phone call from him today.

He seems a reasonably nice bloke in reality, keen I'll give him that, nonetheless was an interesting conversation about marketing in general.

We use re-targeting methods - which means once you visit our website - we've got you ;D
No idea how you can stop getting them but I guess if you hover your mouse over the add without clicking, it may offer an option to NOT SEE THIS and then click where it tells you.

Just get all your mates to click the adverts each day ;)
