Title: Static caravan cleaning
Post by: CLEANEAST CARPETS on April 21, 2006, 01:00:54 pm
We have a quote tomorrow for a static caravan on a holiday site, will we be able to run our portie from caravan?, and would it be best to quote sq/m as per residential and seating positions, or a set price dependent on length of van?
Thanks  Barbara

I always charge the same price as a large suite for upholstery and what it will take me on an hourly charge for caravan carpets.
Hope this helps.

Barbara,
we do alot of static caravans and sometimes find the fuse box will not take the power of large machine, many are downrated for safety reasons, so would be good to have a plan b just in case!
As for pricing we find most prefer the cost for the whole unit, if you price for area you'll find most statics don't have too much carpet but it will still take a while to do as it is fiddly ( a smaller stair wand is ideal for the small bedrooms and bathrooms!) - same goes for the seating,
