It's to clean inside and out all WFP. It's not that dirty and all easily accessible.

£80-100 I reckon I'd quote for that, it's gonna be tough to rinse off without leaving spotting, so take your time rinsing it, explain that's why its not cheap...

I cleaned one last year that looked very similar to that I charged 100

120 - 140 if you don't want to do it but will if the moneys right

Its worth about a ton id say but put in for £200. Its a pita doing the internal glass. And you'll get soaked no matter what you're wearing. The water'll drip down your arms.

I agree with both.
But it is a crappy job where you'll want to get changed after, get soaking wet and won't come up perfectly so may need a revisit.
Like I said, worth a hundred but put in at £200. Unless you're desperate for it...

There's one part at the very end which we will do by hand because of the electrics, which apparently are waterproof but just in case we will do by hand, it's only 3 small panels we need to do.
The whole place will be cleared out as they are re-designing it all. The people who own it aren't short of a few bob. We did a massive job there a couple of months ago which took two weeks, the house is huge and apparently the garden design and landscaping alone cost £6.5 million. And someone told me Gardeners don't earn much!! Not Alex Gardiner, he's minted :)

Actually the wall is the easiest bit, it's got steps that go all the way up the back and the wall is the width of large coping stones so we can stand on it.

This is how I see it. Minimum charge on conservatories of £60 external only. The outside of that is at least 4x the size of a small one. Clear glass means lots of rinsing and the insides are going to get you soaked. I'd want at least £400 for that ball ache

Access to the far side looks awkward. From what I can envisage theres a wall there so access at the very least will be off a ladder, which you'll want footed.
Price is dependant on how much you want/need to do it and who it is for (regular customer anyway?)
It looks very similiar to a greenhouse we do for a regular customer occasionally.
Being realistic you could knock that out in 2 hours doing a proper job, which according to the generalised and over-egged CIU hourly rate of £30 comes out at £60. However, allowing for a 50% margin of error you'd have to increase the price to £90.00.
However considering its a nice piece of architecture and is in the grounds of a wealthy individuals estate (this means it attracts the higher rate of 'wealth tax'), it looks nice, and ideally will continue to look nice, that it has a south facing aspect, is green, made of glass and isnt full of illegal immigrants I'd have to put a price of £160.00 in.

Just read the bit about the wall with steps leading up it, theoretically making the job easier. Id have to allow an extra £25 for that as you may have to offer a separate RAMS. Sorry :(

It's a regular-ish customer, one worth having.
I like sunshine windows quote of £400! After reading everyone's opinion on here I reckon around about £300, maybe just under.

I'd say at least 200 we did one exactly like that 4 yrs ago half that size and charged 100 for it back then

Charge the same price as you would anyone else. People with that kind of money often take offence if they feel you`re bumping the price up because of their wealth.
Work out the rough hourly rate for their windows, then multiply that rate by how long you think it will take.
Honesty is always the best policy.

I agree to a certain extent.
But from experience working with these types of people there is hardly ever any notice given of when to do the work - a call comes in and they want it doing the next day, it HAS to be done otherwise the world (their little world) will end. So I price with this in mind.
