One of our vans has broken down so we've resorted to using a backpack, came yesterday.
Must say im very impressed with it. I used to have a Shurflo one and after today i would say gardiners one is better...as long as it lasts id recommend to anyone! Even just as a backup, could even be your backup in the cold weather, just bring it in at night. Well worth £100 odd!

Yes, I've been totally reliant on it now for a few weeks as my van is kaputt. I dislike paying a small fortune for van rental while they figure out what's wrong and/or how much it will cost (if I opt for repair) - but it has been the least bad option within a budget. It's harder work like this but at least I'm almost keeping to my work schedule. I've been using extra long pole hose to avoid having to move it around so much. Not ideal but better than no income.

Exactly, going to get a little trolley for it tomorrow, Aldis doing a special on one, £14.99 for foldable one. Carries up to 90kg which will be fine for trolley.

I got one recently to replace a WCW not that had finally died after about 6 years. I only use it for those difficult access jobs.
The pump is great with more flow than you would need, which makes the variable control very useful. The extra capacity is great too.
Negative points, the strap system wouldn't really work as a backpack as there is no adjustment, but then how many people really wear a backpack on their backs. Also although the colours are eye-catching, they aren't great for seeing how much water is left in the back pack.
All in all though a real bargain and a great portable cleaning system.
Simon.

As above , thats all you can say about it .

There is adjustment on the straps, on the top by the handle? Well, there is on mine :)
-
Yes but it leaves the pads in the wrong position if you aint built like a sherman tank.
Its not important though as only a fool would work with that on their back surely, i think its more a case of stick em in the box we have made them now anyway , hey it just means you can save on a bunjie and use them to strap it to your trolley if you choose to use one .
