I tried calling Rob a couple of times before Christmas, and no reply or call back?

It's the Aldi's and Lidl's that you need to get in with, opening new stores all over the place.

Ha! Ha! But he has some decent Klindex equipment now and it isn't affected by cold weather ;D ;D ;D

This weekend I'll mainly be using a Karcher. ;D Ker-ching

Temperatures around London have been Freezing this and last week, but all works do-able.
