Title: water shortage in the south east

With the water shortage in the south east, set to get worse, is this going to affect businesses elsewhere? has anyone been affected already?
We do alot of external work, and we would be screwed, if  they tightened things up too much. :( just wanted to know other peoples predictions, as were a bit nervous on this subject.
