Title: How to price driveway and patio cleaning?
Post by: Roy56 on January 10, 2015, 07:52:07 pm
Hi,

How do you price driveway and patio cleaning? This is a extra service i am interested in adding to my business.

An as a guide how long does it take to perform it? Would most customers be one off, or would you have regular customers, im guessing maybe every 6 months or one a year might be common? Is it hard to get customers for this service? I am coming from a window cleaning background, an something im interested in doing to boost revenue.

Would flyer's, door knocking work for this or is it more reputation for this type of service?

What type of things make a clean more expensive and what type of things would make it difficult? Do different surfaces play a factor into cost, and difficulty?

Any help would be great?

More importantly can you do it and can you canvas ?

The work isn't going to come to you ( well in the beginning )

How do you price jobs up?
Is it by per metre? And how much per metre?
                 Thanks Dave.
