what would be the best brush head to pick when buying a supermax 45 or 50ft pole i know it depends on the job etc but do some brushheads not work well at height i was thinking maybe something soft would be better
-
you want an extreme brush and a carbon gooseneck richy at 45-50 ft!nice and light.
ive used my 47 footer 4 times this week.i use an extreme medium mixed brush.anything heavier and itll feel like a brick on the end!

the supermax has a lot more bend in it at full extend esp when cleaning velux or solar panels and its a lot heavier than an extreme richy!
cant your budget stretch to an extreme 47?its a more user friendly pole mate.a lot less strain at these heights.

ive not really thought about it daz i only do one job that needs more than 25 ft really and one new residential home hopefully in the pipeline thats two storey make sense to pay the bit extra i suppose

hi richy.i used to have a supermax 40 and it was a total nightmare at angles when cleaning solar panels/velux on roofs as there was so much bend in the pole it was catching on the gutters so id have to clean them with the pole above my head!ok for straight up windows though.a lot heavier than my 47 as well.
id say get the extreme 47 mate as if you get solar panel jobs or customers who want velux cleaning on their roofs your gonna struggle with the supemax.
once you ve bought it itll last you years.i use mine about 10 times a month.more in the summer months when cleaning my yearly solar panels jobs.its still looks brand new after 18 months.prob last me 10 years!lol. ;D
