Had i call from a Romanian the other day to clean the windows on his flat so i gave him a price for a one off clean and he said its to much so wanted a regular clean price to which we agreed but i had a gut feeling he was going to cancel after the first clean so any way i went to do it today and it was the roughest block of flats going. So after letting him know i was about to start i did one window when he opens the window and says "No you get ladder and clean' to which i told him it was to slippy on the mud and he said 'we want hand clean' at this point i just said good bye and flounced off lol,
Was a great feeling ;D

Very nearly did it to a guy in Coventry who refused to pay for a driveway clean thinking i wouldn't chase him for it, but when i turned up with all the sloppy muck he paid on the spot.

Get it all the time from them. Always wondering on second clean, if they will or wont. I wont clean if they arnt in and state price before clean. "windows cleaner love. Can you open gate" OK " £10 please" and wait with a smile lmao. Always quote higher

It's hard to tell the genuine custys from the one clean wonders and it does my head in when you do the job and they turn round and say "I'll give you call when they need doing next"
As for our Asian friends I tend to overprice the job ready for them to haggle me down but sometimes it back fires when I give them a huge price and they don't want to know.

A chap on here told one of the most entertaining stories I've seen on this forum about how he used a pump up sprayer to spray a concoction of mixed up substances from the local supermarket after cleaning a house only to be given abuse about the standard of work.
If you're out there, tell it again, it was class :D
