i don't specify a time for domestics as if i don't get paid that month i know i'll get double the following but never let it go more than that.

14 Days - I always mention that am slightly flexible but would like it to be paid prior to the next visit.

Payment is due on completion of job. That said, I don't chase customers for the money. I collect when I am local to them, and sometimes leave it till next time if they are ones I know I can trust.

MY INVOICE SAYS; Payable on presentation of this invoice. Its a cash business like any shop why should we wait. 3 days max then they pay a admin charge.
Its so important starting out to set the pace of your business if you are sloppy the customers will push there luck. So be firm and enjoy your business

I state 14 days, but I don't act till over 28 days.

14 days for both residential and commercial.
if payment not made in 14 days(BACS/SAE customers)i send a text reminder.
for some commercial they pay a bit later(usually within 28 days) but i always get paid in the end.

Depends who they are. Most I will let go 1 payment. Then some I wont even clean before payment
-
I put 5 days. I don't always get the payment in 5 days but it gives them the idea that I would like it sooner rather than later ;D
