Title: A-Frames
Post by: D Scott on April 19, 2006, 05:16:15 pm
Up and running now with my wfp system, thanks in no small measure to a lot of good advice on this forum.

I still use ladders for a fair bit of myand need to think about buying a new set as my old ones are on there last legs. I was going to buy an a-frame, but was wondering what height was best? My ladders at the moment are 3.5m but with a-frames is it best to get them a bit longer?

Also where is best place to get them, i.e cheapest?

Many Thanks

These are the ones I purchased - 11'6" double (3.5m I think and I find these more than long enough) - £204.00 fully inclusive of VAT and delivery - had them for a year now and they are brilliant.

If you use 3.5m now, then a same size A frame should be ok.
You can put the top of the ladder further up the window, so it will be easier than your existing ladder.
