Just to say they aren't that good.
I've had one in my van all break but today my reel was frozen and so was all my trad gear inside the van. They don't spread the heat particularly well. Pump and boiler were fine as the tube was underneath them.

Thanks for that.
I was just about to get one to try. Think I'll just get a little oil filled radiator with thermostat.
I've got a fan heater that I use at the minute but last night I set the fiddly dial wrong and it was too low. Tried my pump today after everything thawed out and it's dead. :(
I've got a spare for tomorrow thankfully.

Chances are the pump will be fine. I thought mine was dead or iced up when in fact it only needed the calibration tuned up a tad.

I think this one might have had its day.
I'm running everything on max ( flow and dead end) and its disconnected from my reel so it's not an air lock.
Unless it's severely frozen and hasn't thawed out properly yet but I think it has.
It is 4 years old mind.

I've got an analogue version - just turn the dial up.
