First glance - "nice job" as the Americans say.

I had a conversation with owner of our 'local' hardware shop. I bought some double sided mounting tape for £5.99 and got a 1p change. I occurred to me that £5.99 did seem much cheaper than £6.00.

I think the same applies to Steven's website. £249.99 seems much cheaper or gives the impression of being cheaper for a 22 foot full carbon pole than £250.00 IMHO.

The motor trade always used this same principle on the forecourt. £5999 seems a much better price than £6000.

site looks nice but the main thing that worries me about these poles is spares, what happens if you need a clamp or something to do with the fitting system at the bottom, theres no actual spares on the website like gardiner you can buy every part inc clamps etc?

Hi,

We got spares, and if a clamp breaks in the first 12 months we will send you a replacement.

Steven.

Do gardiner not give us 12 months warranty on they're poles regarding clamps fittings etc and that's why they list every possible part available for they're poles or is that more for older gardiner poles that need new parts?

Thankyou, just updated it and changed its location.
